Dining at NIYE
On-campus dining is limited, and meals should be reserved in advance through WELL registration. Cafeteria Fuji offers a small number of same-day meal tickets, while Fun Café has very limited daily availability. Neither should be relied upon for meals without a reservation.
Reduced registration rates will be available to students. A valid student ID will be required to confirm eligibility. Discount details will be announced once finalized.

Important Deadlines

Final registration deadline. Advance registration required; on-site registration will not be available.
Practical information about arrival, check-in, luggage arrangements, and other preparations will be provided to registered participants before the conference.
Flexible Meal Choices
Meals are included in applicable registration packages. You may decline individual included meals during registration, and their cost will be deducted from your total registration fee. Additional meals cannot be added to your package.
